AI match follow-through

—

Every number counts unique job order × candidate pairs — a candidate called four times on one job order counts once; the same candidate on two job orders counts twice. High-value: Automated = match ≥ 90 and screen ≥ 90; Manual = recruiter match (Bullhorn status Internal Submission) that passed recruiter screening (yes/no, no score). Followed up = at least one recruiter contact; in time = first contact within 24 hours of the screening result. Pairs screened in the last 24 hours aren't due yet and are left out of the rates. From job order to follow-up

The job order box rolls the active (unfilled) balance forward: what was open at the start, plus new job orders, minus those placed or gone (closed, wash, cancelled, filled elsewhere). Each job order branches into recruiter matching, Magic Matching, or both; from there each lane runs straight to follow-up. Dashed boxes are the follow-up steps; the bigger loss of the two is red. Click any number or box to see the job orders or candidates behind it.

What needs attention

Generated from the numbers for the selected period. A coverage problem (never touched) points to prioritization; a speed problem (touched too late) points to capacity or alerting.

    Activity isn't coverage

High-value pairs by how many times a recruiter contacted them. Repeated calls to the same few pairs inflate activity while the 0 row goes unworked.

    Coverage by week

Share of high-value pairs followed up at all, by week matched.

    Within 24 hours by week

Share followed up within a day of screening. Dashed line: 100% target.

    Follow-through by recruiter

High-value pairs on each recruiter's job orders, both lanes. Click a header to sort, or a row to see that recruiter's pairs.

Call list — untouched high-value pairs

Every high-value pair in the period with no recruiter contact, longest waiting first. Click a row to open its job order.
